About this event

This experimental practice is designed to find out what actually happens when we stop trying harder and start training smarter. We will identify what a pose actually requires, and use targeted mobility work, strength drills, technique, and transitions to investigate the mobility, balance, core compression, and strength hiding underneath the finished shape. Bring a journal and a pen to document your hypothesis, experiments, and progress.
