Therapeutic Horticulture Workshop Monday, November 2, 10 am Cantigny Visitors Center Lounge Free for veterans and their caregivers Join us for a therapeutic horticulture workshop designed specifically for veterans. Therapeutic horticulture uses hands-on activities with plants and nature to support well-being, reduce stress, encourage mindfulness, and create opportunities for connection. For veterans, working with plants can offer a calm, welcoming environment to slow down, focus on the present, and connect with others through a shared activity. No gardening experience is needed. Just come ready to get your hands a little dirty, spend time with fellow veterans, and enjoy the restorative benefits of nature. Register
