For Down Syndrome Awareness Month, join us for a virtual presentation from Dashiell Meier. Dashiell is a disability rights advocate, filmmaker, actor, and college student. His passion for storytelling leads him to a wide range of projects, from film to writing to speaking. Having spoken at the United Nations, U.S. Dept. of Education, and Stanford, he is the 2025 National Down Syndrome Ambassador of the Year. Dashiell's short thriller, Day 21, won him the Best Actor Award at the Easterseals Disability Film Challenge. Day 21 and his award-winning documentary short This Is Me have screened in film festivals internationally. Dashiell will appear in the lead role of the feature film 21Down, co-starring Ashley Judd.
