Shell Decoupage - Teen Craft Series

Learn the art of decoupage and transform ordinary seashells into beautiful trinket dishes. All supplies will be provided by the library. Limit 10 patrons. Please visit our Reference Desk or call (808) 266-9911 by Friday, September 11th to RSVP. This event is intended for Young Adults (ages 12-18). Limit of 10 patrons. Program is funded and sponsored by the Friends of Kailua Public Library. Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service for effective communication, or a modification of policies or procedures to participate in a program, service, or activity should contact library staff as soon as possible. Advance requests 48 hours or more before the event are encouraged, but not required. All programs are subject to change.
