Join FreeCBP to Host Global Entry Enrollment Event During 2026 IPW Conference alan.r.regalado Thu, 05/14/2026 - 16:15 FORT LUADERDALE, Fla. — U.S. Customs and Border Protection will host a special Global Entry enrollment event at the 2026 IPW Conference in Fort Lauderdale, offering conditionally approved applicants a convenient opportunity to complete their required in-person interviews. Global Entry facilitates expedited travel for pre-approved, low-risk travelers entering the United States. Members benefit from reduced wait times at U.S. airports and access to TSA PreCheck® for eligible domestic flightsEvent details: The event will take place Tuesday, May 19, 2026, through Thursday, May 21, 2026, daily from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. It will be held in Room 151A East Building at the Broward County Convention Center, located at 1950 Eisenhower Blvd., Fort Lauderdale, FL 33316.If unable to attend this enrollment event, conditionally approved Global Entry applicants may complete their enrollment interview through CBP’s convenient Enrollment on Arrival program. Upon arrival in the U.S. from international travel, simply look for "Enrollment on Arrival" signage at participating airports and notify a CBP officer that you wish to complete your interview.How to Apply for Global Entry and Schedule Your Interview: Applicants must first apply online by visiting the Trusted Traveler Programs website at https://ttp.dhs.gov. Click "LOG IN" to create an account and complete the Global Entry application. All applicants, regardless of age, must have their own TTP account. A non-refundable fee of $120 is required with each completed application. Children under 18 are free if a parent or legal guardian is also approved in a Trusted Traveler Program.After submitting an application and fee, CBP will conduct a background check. Applicants will be notified through their TTP dashboard when their application status changes to "conditionally approved."Once conditionally approved, log in to your TTP account, click "Schedule Interview," and select IPW 2026 - Fort Lauderdale.
