Tire Flip Competition

JBSA-Fort Sam Houston Central Post Fitness Center August 3-28 | Monday-Friday | 6AM-5PM Patrons are welcome to come and flip the tire as many times as they can in a two-minute time frame. There will be two categories for Men and Women. Patrons make sure that a staff member is available to verify the number of tire flips within the two-minute time frame.
