This free event will be held from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. at the Tampa Bay History Center, with the option to join via Zoom. The September title is It's Hard to Kill a Bougainvillea: From Slavery to the American Dream by Sylvia A. Alvarez. Author Sylvia A.
