About this event
Strong command teams build strong communities. Command Team Training is designed for incoming Army commanders and leadership teams who want to strengthen their Soldier and Family Readiness Group while creating a supportive environment for military families. Participants will learn about SFRG regulations, volunteer recruitment, communication best practices, and strategies for building an engaged and effective family readiness program. This course provides practical guidance to help command teams foster connection, improve communication, and enhance overall unit readiness.
