Details The Tournament will begin at 6pm and sessions will be held every fifteen (15) minutes until 9:45pm (last session), with the winners being announced at 10pm. Each round can accommodate up to 20 players and will be held with at least one (1) patron. If no one shows up for a specific session, the next session will be held as scheduled, fifteen minutes later. This means that there will be up to four (4) sessions per hour, and the Tournament will be held over the course of four (4) hours - a total of up to 16 sessions in the Tournament. The minimum number of patrons required for the Tournament is 25, based on the number of prizes to be awarded. The maximum number of patrons is 320. The eligibility requirements and rules are as follows: This promotion is open to invited patrons. Each registered patron will receive one free admittance play into the Tournament. There is no entry fee, and a patron may not buy into the Tournament. Each patron can only play once in the Tournament. Each patron will be required to show valid photo identification and their Mount Airy Rewards Club Card. Upon registration, each patron will receive their assigned session time. If a patron misses their assigned session play time, they will be moved to the next available session. If all remaining sessions are full, patron will not be able to participate in Tournament. Wagers: There will be no minimum bet for play. Patrons will be playing with the maximum bet button. Proceed to Tournament Area: After registering for the Tournament, the patron will go to the Tournament area with his/her Tournament Score Sheet, at their assigned session time. A Marketing Team Member will verify the information on the Tournament Score Sheet before Tournament play begins - name, account number, and session time. Tournament Play: Each Tournament machine will be set with zero (0) credits and with two (2) minutes on the timer. Patrons will begin to play as soon as all players are validated at the Tournament machine and information on the Tournament Score Sheet is verified by the Marketing Team Member and the patron. The timer and available credit meter will also be verified by the Marketing Team Member and the patron before play begins. Each Tournament Slot Machine clock will start to count down when the initial bet is placed. During Tournament play, no cash or gaming vouchers will be used. At the end of the session, the EBS DM tournament software will record their scores and put them in order from highest score to lowest score. Win Meter: All wins will cause the Win Meter to increase while wagers will not cause the Win Meter to decrease. The Win Meter indicates the total credits won and reflects the patron's score for the Tournament. Scores will be verified by a Marketing Team Member and the patron at the conclusion of their session. In case of a machine malfunction, the timer on the machine will automatically stop. This feature allows for fair play and will not penalize the patron for down time. If the slot machine malfunctions during Tournament play, the patron must raise their hand and notify a Marketing Team Member immediately. A Slot Technician or Attendant will be dispatched to the machine to attempt to repair the problem. If the malfunctioning machine cannot be repaired, the patron will be assigned to the next available machine, at the conclusion of the session. When this happens, the patron will start with the full two (2) minutes on the timer. At the conclusion of each patron's time, the Marketing Team Member will verify the patron's score and will then re-set the timer and Win Meter for the next patron. Tournament Standings: The Tournament score standings will be prepared by a Marketing Team Member. The Tournament Standings List will be posted within one (1) hour after the conclusion of the Tournament, at the Rewards Club desk. It will be displayed for twenty-four (24) hours following the end of the Tournament. The Tournament winners will be announced at one time. Prize Winners: Patrons do not need to be present to win after participating in the Tournament, should they place in the top 25 scores. All free slot play prizes will be automatically loaded onto the winner's account, directly from EBS to ACSC. The Tournament's free slot play winners will have fifteen (15) days to redeem, download, and play their respective prizes. If any free slot play is not redeemed or left unused after the fifteen (15) days, it will be forfeited and no longer valid. Cash prize winners will need to provide their Rewards Card and acceptable valid photo identification at the Rewards Club. Marketing Team Member will take patron to the Cashier Cage to collect their cash prize. Cash prize(s) must be claimed within thirty (30) days of the tournament. If cash prize(s) is not claimed, prize will be forfeited. In case of any ties, the two prizes will be split evenly between the two places. For example, if two patrons have the same score for third place, the third (3rd) and fourth (4th) prizes will be added together and split evenly for the two tie scorers. The next score will finish in fifth (5th) place and so on.
