First Shots - Try Pistol is a great introductory course for families, youth or anyone that is unsureabout shooting a firearm. Participants will learn basic firearm safety and proper use of asemi-automatic .22 pistol while giving them the confidence and information needed tosafely and successfully shoot on their own. An emphasis will be placed on introductorymaterials such as parts of the gun, operation of a semi-automatic pistol, proper grip,how to aim and how to safely load and unload to perform a clearance check. Rangetime will consist of putting together all the basics to shoot 25 rounds with a .22 pistol. Apistol will be provided for the class. A target, hearing and eye protection will also beprovided for your use as well as take home.
