Part One, September 10th 5 - 7 pm: Explore the traditional Japanese art of shibori by learning a variety of folding, twisting, binding, and clamping techniques to create bold, indigo-inspired patterns on fabric. Part Two, September 17th 5 - 7 pm: Return to transform your one-of-a-kind fabric into a finished throw pillow. You'll learn basic sewing and construction techniques as you assemble and stuff your pillow, leaving with a beautiful handmade piece perfect for your home or as a thoughtful gift.
