Clergy Worship Planning Retreat

Thanks to a generous grant from the NCC Mission Seed Fund, Rockfish Camp and Retreat Center is hosting a gathering of United Methodist Clergy and Worship leaders September 13-15, 2026, for a Worship Planning Retreat. Presenters and Moderators: The Rev. Tobi Nguyen, Trinity UMC (Durham); the Rev. Heather Locklear, Allensville UMC/Mt Tirzah UMC (Timberlake); the Rev. Jay Locklear, New Brook UMC (Roxboro); and the Rev. Josh Tester, Rockfish Camp and Retreat Center. This gathering will focus on creating services for the seasons of Advent and Christmas, Epiphany, and Lent. Participants will come to worship together, prepare for the coming seasons, and be renewed by a time of rest and connection.
