MOMS at NightBible Study Every Other Tuesday, 6-8 p.m., Miller Hall The themes of the book of Exodus are seen throughout scripture: God's covenant, His faithfulness, His divine sovereignty, and His redemption through sacrifice, to name a few. Scholars tell us that the story of the exodus shapes our understanding of the rest of the bible. Join us for an in-depth study of chapters 1-18 of the Book of Exodus as we take a look at the familiar stories of the bondage of the people and their deliverer Moses. Israel's story is our story because the same God who delivered Israel from their slavery in Egypt is the One who delivers us from our bondage to the pharaohs of this world. Like the Israelites, we too are promised a new and better land to come where we will worship the great I AM and be in His presence forever.
