Shaping Our Mission & Social Justice Initiative

Location: Plymouth Hall As part of our capital campaign, 3% (or $120,000, if we reach our goal) has been designated to strengthen our congregation's mission and social justice ministry. Join us for the first of two congregational conversations as we begin discerning together how these funds can best advance our work in the community. Together, we'll reflect on the needs we see, the priorities we share, and the voices we should be listening to before any specific funding proposals are considered. Following this forum, any member or Ministry may submit a brief proposal for funding based on criteria drawn from our conversations. We'll gather again on October 4 to discuss the proposals before a recommendation is made to Church Council and brought to the congregation for a final vote. Come share your questions, hopes, and imagination as we discern together how God is calling us to serve our neighbors. All are welcome. Childcare is provided.
