Code Enforcement Special Magistrate Meeting

The Code Enforcement Special Magistrate hears code enforcement cases presented by the Building Official, City staff, or the City Attorney. The Special Magistrate reviews facts and evidence, makes findings, and issues legally binding orders to correct violations. They may subpoena individuals and take testimony under oath.
