Comedy Open Mic (ON ZOOM)

Following a traditional Comedy Open Mic format, comedians new and old -- who want to work on new jokes, change old ones, or just experiment -- sign up and get 5 min. apiece to perform via our Zoom meeting room. Started during the COVID pandemic as a means of comedy self-preservation, these monthly Zoom mics remain useful, fun, and welcoming to performers literally the world over! All who attend will get a copy of the footage with a link to their set via unlisted YouTube link and coming to work on your act could lead to a featured 5-10 min. spot on one of our well-received Stand Up Comedy Showcases, which we hold 3-4x/year in our DFPL Community Room (sits 75).
