Alfred A. Ring Distinguished Speaker - Brent Gelsomino, Senior Vice President, The NRP Group

Gelsomino brings extensive experience to his role. Prior to joining NRP, Gelsomino had been with ZOM Development for 14 years. He began his career as an Investment Analyst and ended his time with ZOM as Senior Vice President of Senior Living. As SVP of Senior Living, he was responsible for originating, capitalizing, and construction on $400 million new luxury senior living projects. During his time at ZOM, he collaborated with NRP on three developments. In 2022, Gelsomino started his own investment and development company which successfully entitled and closed on nearly 900 units. Gelsomino is a state certified general contractor and real estate broker. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction and a Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of Florida. He is the incoming Chair of the Urban Land Institute's (ULI) Leadership Institute. Outside of work, Gelsomino is an Executive Board Member of Boy Scouts of America, Board of Trustees Member at First United Methodist Church Ft. Lauderdale, and a seaplane, single-engine, and multi-engine pilot with an advanced instructor certificate. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Kelly, and daughter, Eliana.
