Event Description: Unwind with a guided sound bath designed to support deep relaxation and mental reset. Participants are immersed in calming waves of sound that help ease stress, quiet the mind, and restore balance in both body and spirit. Hosted with Midtown partner Gongsia Sacred Sound Sessions. Parking: FREE street parking What to Bring: Attendees are encouraged to bring a blanket, mat, or anything they need to be comfortable while lying down. Additional Information: Classes are free and open to the public. A parent or guardian must accompany participants under 18.
