The Virtual Counter is accessible via Zoom, where users will be placed in a waiting room until admitted by the host. Upon entry, you will be greeted by a registrar representative ready to assist you. For any inquiries, feel free to contact them at registrar@bcc.cuny.edu. Virtual Counter Zoom Link Zoom Protocol: Please ensure your camera is on when meeting with the Host.
