In this class you will use light weights to work all muscle groups. Additionally, included will be ab work and cardio intervals mixed in! Maria not only talks the talk but truly walks the walk. You probably have seen her walking, running, or biking circles around Scituate! As a dedicated fitness enthusiast, she never gets complacent with a workout routine.
