About this event
Stretch & Flow is a slow-flow vinyasa yoga class with floor stretching at the beginning/ending and standing poses in the middle. The class includes inspirational and uplifting messaging and music. To participate in the class, purchase a Wellness Class Pass for $45/person for five classes at the Lakeside Chautauqua Administration Office, located at 236 Walnut Ave., or pay a $10/class drop-in fee (cash only) to the instructor at the start of the class. No class on Wednesday, Dec. 23.
