Board of Adjustment and Appeals Hearing

The Board of Adjustment and Appeals (BOAA) is a volunteer board appointed by the Board of County Commissioners. The BOAA reviews nonconforming use modifications and variance requests for setback reductions, lot area reductions, parking requirement reductions, etc., as well as requests for type 2 uses, which are specific uses that may not be appropriate without restriction within a particular zoning district.
