Thursday, September 24, 2026 12-1pm San Francisco Botanical Garden -- Garden of Fragrance About the Program Nicolette Telech, an instructor of Vinyasa style yoga classes since 2015, will lead a 60-minute class in the Garden of Fragrance. Nicolette especially enjoys teaching outdoors amidst the sights, smells, and sounds of nature, integrating mindfulness techniques that offer students a unique and accessible yoga sequence, linking breath to movement and increasing strength and flexibility while cultivating presence and peacefulness on and off the mat. Please bring a yoga mat or a beach towel. This class is held outdoors. Dress in appropriate layers for variable weather.
