About this event
Join Richard Gartner for a weekend immersion into the lymphatic system and its role in health and well-being. Through discussion, slides, and experiential practice, participants will explore lymphatic anatomy, movement, and techniques to encourage flow. The workshop includes breathwork, vinyasa, self-massage, and connective tissue mobilization.
