Court Theophelia Flood Mitigation Project Ribbon Cutting

The City of St. Augustine will celebrate the official completion of the Court Theophelia Flood Mitigation Project with a public ribbon cutting ceremony. This project provides improved drainage, innovative green infrastructure, and greater protection from localized flooding in the Court Theophelia neighborhood. The event will showcase the project's success, including the city's first bioswale installation.
