Art Therapy for Seniors

Express your thoughts and feelings through artistic mediums as Registered, Board Certified Art Therapist, Alicia Ballestas, guides participants through an art therapy-based experience. Participants will have the opportunity to explore their thoughts and practice awareness while using various art materials. Whether you are looking to enhance your well-being or simply find a new way to express yourself, this group offers a space for meaningful reflection. This opportunity is FREE for seniors 55+.
