This technique is based on the belief that life force energy flows through all living things and that when this energy is blocked or stagnant, it can lead to physical, emotional, and spiritual imbalances. By using Reiki, Jeannie aims to unblock and balance the energy within the body, allowing the participant to experience a sense of relaxation and wellbeing.
