Heart Yoga Flow

Join us for a yoga flow on Wednesdays starting at 5:30 pm. Heart Yoga flow invites one to open spaces with mindful breath in movement while offering love, kindness and compassion for self and others. Flowing through Hatha poses with one breath- one movement, you are invited to join us. No registration required. Classes follow the library calendar. Please phone ahead for updates on class schedules.
