JP Resident Wellness Event

Jeffrey Park Resident Wellness Event, 8/22/26 Who: All JP residents are invited; First 60 to RSVP get to attend the class for free. Ashley + Hudson to determine how many prospects will be invited and how leasing specialists communicate that to their teams. What: Join us for a Fitness Class in the park at Jeffrey Park from 10am-11am. Brought to you by The Athletic Cos: Core Sculpt Class taught by Coach Lauren. Then after class from 11am-12pm, hangout, socialize in the park with your neighbors and get like-minded individuals. Enjoy free Bada coffee and wellness snacks. The Athletic may have a tent setup sharing more information about their brand to residents that aren't members, connecting with ones that are, and doing raffle giveaways. Sweathouz may be doing a pop up for residents to enjoy for free after their workout. Leasing specialists or CM team can run a hydration station again (Pedialyte popsicles, spa water, Zillow fans, free swag), connecting with residents as well if possible. Prospect attendance goal and conversions to applications to be determined by Ashley and Hudson. RSVP's will be collected through The Athletic Cos Eventbrite to obtain acknowledgement of liability waivers and collect list of attendees for day of check-in. Engagement department may be giving out free pool passes to The Athletic Pool to try to drive residents back to the amenity spaces. The pool will be activated with Bada Cabana, Bert to see if he can get a LBW vendor there for giveaways, and McKenzie to activate the pool with a dj session.
