HONOLULU POLICE COMMISSION City and County of Honolulu State of Hawaii Regular Meeting August 5, 2026 TIME: 2 p.m., Wednesday, August 5, 2026 PLACE: Honolulu Police Department, Alapai Station Community Affairs Division Conference Room 801 South Beretania Street, First Floor Honolulu, Hawaii 96813 In order to comply with Act 220, Session Laws of Hawaii 2021, the Police Commission will hold its meeting at the physical location noted above. Although remote oral testimony is being permitted, this is a regular meeting and not a remote meeting by interactive conference technology under HRS Section 92-3.7. Therefore, the meeting will continue notwithstanding loss of audiovisual communication with remote testifiers or loss of the public broadcast of the meeting.
