Hobo Stew Scramble Each team to have a member and an employee. Show your support to our wonderful work teams who take care of us and the course so well. Players/Diners are to bring in assorted ingredients for the stew (Jeff provides the meat) which can be dropped off the day before. The Stew is cooked in black pot over open fire.
