About this event
This is an ALL LEVELS Arm Balance & Inversion workshop. Whether you’re kicking up for the first time, or ready to take your practice to the next level, get ready to have some fun. We’ll play with arm balance variations such as crow pose, headstand, handstands and more. Show up and build the confidence you need to get upside down, or enhance your existing practice. Inversion training does not have to be scary, and you can still have fun!
