Christmas at the Cathedral: Sharing the Joy of Christmas with Kids Hope Families

Christmas at the Cathedral is a beloved annual outreach tradition benefiting Kids Hope students and their families. Hosted by the Mission Outreach Council and made possible by Cathedral volunteers, this special afternoon brings the joy of Christmas to children and families in our community. Through the Cathedral's Angel Tree Project, members of the Cathedral community provide gifts that help stock a Santa's Workshop, where participating parents can select Christmas gifts for their children. There are many ways to take part. Pick up an Angel Tree gift request during the weeks leading up to the event, make a donation, or volunteer to help prepare for and host Christmas at the Cathedral. Volunteers are traditionally needed for gift wrapping and organizing, event setup and cleanup, serving food, crafts and games, and welcoming families. Together, we can share the joy and generosity of the Christmas season with our neighbors. Volunteer and Angel Tree details for 2026 will be announced.
