Homeschool Field Trip: Basic Needs

Join us for our interdisciplinary nature-based program focused on observing, exploring, describing, and comparing the basic needs of animals living in Allen County! Children ages 5 to 8 and their families will learn from Nature Education staff and curriculum-based activities that living things must fulfill basic needs in order to survive, discovering that a habitat is how those needs are met. Meet at the West Shelter. Please register all family members who will be attending the program. Registration required by Sept. 9.
