About this event
Zoning Administrator meetings are held on the second and fourth Wednesdays of each month. The Zoning Administrator determines if a proposed project complies with the Zoning Ordinance and has the authority to approve, modify, or deny discretionary applications, which require a public hearing. The Zoning Administrator may refer applications to the Planning Commission.
