City Library Transition and Service Model Change

The Altamonte Springs City Library is proposed to close in its current form and location due to rising costs and changing usage patterns. While the physical building will close, some library services and community programs will continue through a new, lower-cost service model. Select in-person programming will transition to the Westmonte Recreation Center, alongside continued digital resources.
