Making Memories: The Triumph of Nature Edition

Making Memories is OKCMOA's program designed for individuals living with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia and their caregivers. The program connects participants with art--and with one another--through conversation and creative artmaking inspired by the Museum's permanent collection and special exhibitions. Individuals living with dementia and their caregivers, as well as residents and caregivers from senior living and adult day centers, are invited to attend an on-site Making Memories session at the Museum on Monday, December 14, from 10 am to 12:30 pm. The session will include a visit to The Triumph of Nature: Art Nouveau from the Chrysler Museum of Art  for a seated conversation around one work of art, followed by artmaking and light refreshments in the classrooms.
