Off-leash and On-leash dog parks in Kailua (including Kawainui Park proposal and other DPR proposals) b. Maintenance needs for the Parks (particularly lighting issues and bathrooms) c. Possible multi-use path cut through between Kailua Road and Kainalu Drive that uses Kailua District Park d. Island-wide beach status signage e. Triangle Park post-construction plan f. Kailua Beach Park (hours of operation, shoreline restoration) g. Kailua District Park (Playground, lighting, bathrooms) h. Enchanted Lake Park sidewalks i. Boettcher Estate (WiFi, Adopt-a-Park program) j. Youth Sports Field Availability k Kalama Beach Park hours l. Aikahi Park basketball court lighting 5. New issues 6. A committee meeting was held in-person on July 9, 2026, chaired by Evan Weber and attended by committee member Bill Hicks. 2.
