Fire Service Day

The Redondo Beach Fire Department invites you to attend Fire Service Day!Fire Service Day will be taking place on Saturday, May 9th, 2026, from 10:00am to 2:00pm at the following locations:Fire Station 1, located at 401 South Broadway, Redondo Beach, CA 90277Fire Station 2, located at 2400 Grant Avenue, Redondo Beach, CA 90278 Fire Service Day is held nationwide by Fire Departments to provide communities like Redondo Beach with an opportunity to visit a fire station and get to know the firefighters who serve and protect us. Fire Department members will be on hand to demonstrate some of the equipment used for extrication, firefighting, paramedic equipment, and the personal protective equipment each firefighter uses.This is a great opportunity to bring your family and tour the station, see the fire engines, and witness a demonstration of your Fire Department's capabilities.Come and get acquainted with the firefighters who serve the community and better understand the duties they perform.
