About This Event

Course Details Learn to problem-solve through challenging questions and topics outside of the public school curriculum. In this four-part course, students in grades 4-8 will collaborate effectively, building on others' creativity to tackle difficult mathematical concepts. This course primarily targets MATHCOUNTS, the American Mathematics Competitions (AMCs), and Math Olympiads, providing a great introduction to competitive math and opening the subject to students interested in participating in individual and team competitions. This course aims to foster a positive community of mathematicians who can potentially compete in future contests. Students in a district without opportunities to register for competitions can be enrolled during the course. Registration is required. Attendance at all sessions is mandatory. Please fill out this knowledge assessment form when you register for the course.
