Prep for Childbirth (2 week series) EGH 2026

This class provides a review of every aspect of the labor and delivery process, including recognizing signs & symptoms of labor, comfort measures, & pain management for the mother, supportive role of the coach & relaxation & breathing techniques. You will also learn about the potential medical interventions & cesarean delivery. The series also includes information about the immediate care of mother after delivery.
