Kids' Movie Matinee

Keiki and their ʻohana are invited to join Waiʻanae Public Library for our monthly Kids' Movie Matinee! Held every 3rd Saturday in the Meeting Room, this fun family event features a kid-friendly movie on the big screen. This month's feature is Hoppers, a fun-filled animated adventure from Disney and Pixar. The story follows Mabel, a young animal lover who discovers a way to communicate with animals by transferring her mind into a robotic animal body. When she becomes involved in an exciting mission to help protect animals and their habitats, Mabel must work alongside her new animal friends to face unexpected challenges. Packed with humor, adventure, heart, and positive messages about friendship and protecting the natural world, Hoppers is a family-friendly film everyone can enjoy. A light snack may be provided while supplies last. Feel free to bring a favorite blanket or cushion to make the experience even cozier. While our movie selections are geared toward children and families, all ages are welcome. All children must be accompanied by a parent or caregiver. Hope to see you there!
