New Residential Roofing Worksheet Requirement

Starting April 1, 2027, the Building Department in New Smyrna Beach will require a Residential Roofing Worksheet to be submitted with all re-roof permits. This new requirement is part of an update to ensure all necessary information is provided for permitting processes. Applicants are advised to download the latest forms directly from the department's resources prior to submission.
