To conclude her August patio pop-ups, Chef Samantha will be preparing a one-night-only pairing dinner as a send-off to a summer of smoke, fire, and bold flavor. For this final evening, a four course menu will build on her signature smokiness with deep layers, careful technique, and intentional wine pairings alongside each course. This is barbecue reimagined--still savory, still soulful, but designed to be savored course by course. Expect seasonal ingredients, rich textures, and wines chosen to complement the depth and warmth of the menu from first pour to final bite. Seats are limited for this intimate pairing dinner, and it's the perfect way to toast the end of an unforgettable August residency.
