Drop-In Recreation

Stay active throughout the year with healthy exercise by walking laps, or playing basketball, pickleball, or volleyball in climate-controlled comfort at Rockford Park District's UW Health Sports Factory, 305 S. Madison St., Rockford, IL. These drop-in activities are held year-round, Monday-Friday, from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m., excluding holidays and special events; no pre-registration is needed. Admission per person, per session is $2 for walking, and $6 for basketball, pickleball, or volleyball. An 11-punch discount card is available for each scheduled drop-in sport, and a 13-punch discount pass is available for walking.
