Some members of the Committee and presenters may participate remotely through interactive conference technology. ORAL TESTIMONY: Oral Testimony will be accepted on all agenda items, subject to the following guidelines: In-Person Testimony: Members of the public may testify in-person at 222 North School Street, Honolulu, Hawaiʻi 96817, Conference Room 4A. Upon arrival, please call 808-768-7706 for assistance or see security located in the 1st floor parking structure. Remote Testimony: Members of the public may also testify remotely via Microsoft Teams. To participate, please click on the link below under MICROSOFT TEAMS MEETING INFORMATION. Please find the meeting ID, passcode, and other meeting information below. Testimony Process: Prior to discussion of each agenda item, the Chair will provide an opportunity for public testimony. Individuals participating remotely should use the Raise Hand feature. A staff member will unmute the speaker and the speaker may enable their video camera, if available. Note: If the speaker enables their video camera to provide testimony, they MUST be dressed appropriately. Time Limit: Each speaker is limited to two (2) minutes. Speakers are asked to conclude promptly when the time limit expires.
