Board of Adjustments and Appeals Monthly Meeting

The Board of Adjustments and Appeals meets on the third Monday of each month to hear and decide appeals regarding land use regulations, building codes, and special exception use permits. They also authorize variances from zoning regulations under special conditions. Agendas are available prior to the meetings, and minutes are provided after approval.
