About this event
Opera Company of Middlebury presents "Rappahannock County" by Ricky Ian Gordon & Mark Campbell, an opera drawn on diaries, letters, and firsthand accounts of Civil War soldiers, enslaved people, families, and civilians. It explores themes of freedom, loss, and reconciliation through musical portraits of ordinary Virginians. Includes a post-show reception and conversation with the cast and creative team.
