As the sun sets over the St. Johns River, enjoy an evening designed to relax the mind, restore the body, and bring our community together for a meaningful cause. Event Schedule 🧘 30-Minute Sunset Yoga Flow Led by Alejandra of Casa Vive Ease into the evening with a gentle yoga session overlooking the river, suitable for all experience levels. 🔔 45-Minute Sound Bath & Gong Immersion Led by Diana Vasquez of Soundbath JAX and Sheri Blanc Experience the calming vibrations of crystal singing bowls and gongs during an immersive sound healing session designed to promote relaxation and inner peace.
