Health on the Go: Health & Wellness Back-to-School Event

Join us for this free, family-friendly health event. The event will provide free school and sports physicals, health screenings, wellness services, and connections to community resources for students and families. All students from Preschool through High School are welcome. Services and resources include Vision Screenings Blood Pressure Checks Height, Weight & BMI Medical History Review Wellness Counseling Clearance Forms Completed Nutrition & Healthy Eating Mental Health & Wellness Cancer Prevention Immunizations School Readiness Community Health Programs
